Swimming again this morning. I'm really enjoying it and OH is learning to swim too! Disaster this morning. Scales broken. Can't cope if I don't weigh myself everymorning, een though I know you shouldnt. Must check the batteries or buy new ones. I've discovered that my body doesn't react very well to bread, even wholemeal. Even with 1 slice of wholemeal it stops my weight loss.
