7:39 am and it's already hot and steamy out there. I was thinking about walking/jogging again today but it's probably not going to happen. I will just have to do something else for my workout. I am having motivation issues this week.

Can you walk/job later on this evening, when the sun goes down??? I'm sure it is hot as hello out there! What is your motivation issues this week?

FYI...I forgot to tell you! I was talking online to another community yesterday, and she told me that when you platau, you should drink 5 glasses of water and 2 glasses of milk, and it will help you break it.

Everyday or once all together? To answer your first question, it would probably be just as hot later. I just don't feel like exercising. I think I'm bored with it. I tried to find some new videos so I will see how that goes.

Maybe you should get one of those stripper workout videos. LOL Some people love Zumba but I don't think that I would unless I went with you guys or something.

Everyday, until you broke on through and started losing weight. Oh lordy, some stripper videos! Do you remember that one video of the chunky girl who was stripping on that fake pole and crashed and broke the table!!! That would SOOOO be me!!! LMAO! I've done Zumba and it kicked my behind!

I have thought about doing Zumba. Was it fun? Only thing is, I don't like to spend money on my workouts. There is this one pilates video that I did two weeks ago that was like cardio-pilates, that was kinda like dancing. It was pretty intense. I think I've decided on the Biggest Loser for today. It's always great for getting my heart rate up.

Ugh! I sure didn't think it was fun! I think it's more for healthier and in shape folks...lol. I've heard the Biggest Loser video's are good!
