Finally some weight off and TOM is due anytime now so pleased with that. Feel like I am eating more but not really going over my calories. I know i shouldn't focus on those too much but I do worry it may get out of control otherwise. I have lost 7lbs since end of March. I had really hoped to lose much more. I am pleased with the fact that I bought a size 14 dress and it fitted me and all my tops are now in a size 14, lower half seems to go between a size 14-16. Considering this tim elast year i was a size 20 its a big change. Although i may not have lost much in the way of pounds my body shape is changing.
