Back on track and watching the scale go in the right direction! Hopefully be in a size 6 (haha) by Christmas. Now I just have to start back at the gym and I will be set! Its funny, I feel really good about it this time. I have found great sites with buddies on the same plan as me. I think that will be the key this time. That, and not giving in every time I have a craving. Funny enough, I didnt even want chocolate today. And that is S.H.O.C.K.I.N.G!!!! Here we go...MILF here I come!!!

can we exercise in phase 1? do you think 1500 calories and 19.17 net carbs is too much, this is my first day and I feel like Im doing it wrong, can u please look at what i ate and give me the thumbs up?

Yes, exercise is very important, especially to establish a routine. I mean you dont have to go do 2 hours or anything, but a couple mile walk or a great DVD to get you going!
