My first day back to focusing on my exercise and diet after a 5 year hiatus. I used to put an obsessive focus on working out and nit picking my dietary allowances, I think I just fell off because it just became too much as other things started taking my time. I have always come at working out and eating right in such a "perfectionist" type manner that the mere thought of it seemed overwhelming for me to just start again. So, I am trying a new, less restrictive and less hardcore way to ease myself back into this. I am starting out with walking a little, 3 times this first week, with tennis 1-2 evenings ....oh, and i thought i needed a little challenge, so, I joined the 300 crunches a day challenge.

I am very knowledgeable about workout routines and dietary needs, so feel free to contact me if you need some guidance, support or helpful hints.
