Ok! So, my first goal was reached. Normal BMI around 165 lbs for my height and age. 🎊 NOW I’d love to eventually drop to 150 but I think that changing my goal to 5 lbs at a time will keep my mind happy 😀 with experiencing the smaller accomplishments more tangibly (where I literally get to change my weight goal and make it official😜). ALSO, I’ve seen that some people have a much harder time losing “that last 10 lbs.” and I don’t want to stress about a number on a scale. It’s health I’m shooting for! ☺️ So if I reach a point where my weight just is NOT dropping and my lifestyle is where I want it to be, Im going to switch gears and maintain. 💪I suppose I’ll just let my body tell me when I’ve reached my true goal. 🌞🌟🥰 (I love my body. It always does its best!💞)
