More running this weekend. Yesterday I managed 15 mins total. Two intervals of 5 mins straight. Then a 2 min and 3 min interval. My legs are no longer as sore from it, so that's good. Stretching a lot. Also got in a weight training workout. I am able to use 15lb dumbbells for my biceps curls. I feel buff. It's easier every time. I would have started with smaller weights but the fitness center only has 5lbs and the next up is 15. 5lbs is way too easy, so I decided I would use the 15s anyway. I also used my sisters fitness hula hoop this weekend since we house/dog-sat for her. I don't really feel any muscle pain but I do feel sore around the middle where the hoop was against me. Does anyone else hoop in their routine? I'm thinking about getting one myself.

Food-wise... Was meh this weekend. Friday we ordered pizza at my sis's house. Saturday we had Chipotle and sushi. Yesterday was good. Didn't step on the scale this morning or all weekend for that matter so I'm not sure how the weight is. TOM is due this week, so I'm sure I'm retaining water, and bloated, and all around disgusting. Lol.
