makan blewah 204 gram, kalorinya cuman 69 kkal 😍 karbonya juga ga byk, gulanya juga

kapan hari liat ceker ayam jg gitu, proteinnya byk, kolesterol rendah, sodiumnya juga rendah, kyaaa jadi makin suka wkwk
krn dulu pernah salah baca, kirain tinggi kolesterolnya

bisa jadi alternatif buat menuhin protein nih 😋 alhamdulillah 😍
(penuturan orang yg lagi bingung cari sumber protein low budget yg low fat low kolesterol heheh)
