Haven't wrote for a while I'm just extremely busy with school and work and vacations! not much time for on here but as you can see I'm keeping up with the diet pretty well on my own-I get stuck from time to time but I just keep on the diet I've been doing phase one for a while so I need to get on phase 2 just need to get to the grocery store, hope all is well w everyone!
