얼마만에감량이냐.
부산여행후늘었던 1.5를 덜고
거기서다시 0.5를 덜었다.
3일만에.
일시적이라도 좋다. 토욜 아침까지만 계속하자.
53.6 kg Lost so far: 13.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
