So I've been stuck in the house since Saturday :( I pulled a muscle in my back at work. Fun Fun. I just weighed myself because my clothes seem to be loose.. Well...apparently I gained weight. Its probably salt because since being laid up, I've eaten everything my folks made... and they're salt hogs! On top of the food situation, I've had terrible "girly" pains.... about 4 days too early!!
So I did some research about my thyroid meds because that is all that has changed in the last month. Apparently it can screw with your "girl" thing and cause weight gain? What! Um...so I'm making the decision not to take it and continue to take my 2000 units of Vitamin D daily. Lets see what that does. I'm also going to TRY to make it a point to enter my food tomorrow. I do need FS and I need to make it a habit!

Another thought, while going back in my history of when I actually DID lose weight, I was getting SUNSHINE! Maybe thats all I really needed was a Vitamin D boost...Could it be? We'll find out!
