woooow! That last 5k was TOUGH! Hills hills and more hills! But hey no pain no gain right ahahha! It was fun none the less. We had winds that day gusting to 40, so that also made it difficult to run, actually that was probably worse then the hills :0) But like I said it was fun, and felt great to get the extra work out!
