Beautiful day today, keeping at my resolve yet not seeing results, have been stuck at same weight for 2 weeks. Not discouraged, it is what it is. This is my new life style, not a whim.
I have been faithful to my eating, have not cheated but have been messing with my meds for BP. All good nurses do that of course. Have been able to loose 1.5 meds with BP staying good, huh always thought this was genetic, interesting to learn I was only FAT!
