I did a bad job this week... I stopped after 2 1/2 days... I am not sure what my deal is, but I got to get committed and lose it once and for all... I am starting again today.

Don't think about the bad days, take it one day at a time. Everyone has their bad days but you're starting again, that's good because you didn't give up. Good luck and hang in there!

I just started in here on 1/31...looking for inspiration. I am counting calories...trying to have 1200 or less. I know my body doesn't lose on more than 900. Unless I exercise...which I really need to. I did great this week then Sat came and I overate big time! Don't think about the days you went off this past week. Just go from now, and go meal to meal. Good luck!
