So I caught a cold and totally fell off the wagon. I indulged in all sorts of bad things, refined carbs, fried food, ice cream, alcohol. It was terribley delicious and guilty feeling. I also totally slacked off on exercising. However, I somehow managed to lose a pound and made my goal weight of 194 today! I ordered some size 14 pants and they came in yesterday. I tried them on thinking I wouldn't even be able to button them but they fit! I was thrilled! Then today I step on the scale and I still managed to drop some weight. Talk about jump starting your diet recovery! I feel extremely motivated and am determined to get back on track starting now.
