OTD's Journal, 22 Jul 10

Just finished a pretty good workout with 30 minutes on the Elliptical and ran 2 miles/20 min on treadmill with a 1 mile cool down to finish. Also got in 3 sets of 25 pushups and 3 sets of 90 situps too.

I'm just glad I was able to get my workout in tonight ... wasn't feeling great before I started but I feel fantastic now that I finished. Now I've just got to wait a little bit longer to get off my high so I can go to sleep and get a good night rest.
