instead of recording my weight this week (more like two weeks), i decided to post a minor progress picture. the left pic is from May at 200, the right pic is current (with an unstable 189-194 swing ugh); all of this is after two months of a strider/elliptical, i started strength training about 2-3 weeks ago. the position and clothes aren't exact, but i feel like my legs show some difference. i need to take measurements! a recent gyno appointment went terrible so i've been putting myself down. where my weight loss absolutely thrilled my primary care doc, who continued to be so supportive, instead my gyno remains unimpressed. she looked at my 75lb loss and asked, "have you thought about another 50 more?" psh! of course that's my goal
