Weighed in on the freight scale at work...not really surprised that I gained 3 lbs after the depressing week of unemployment, but I'm sure now that I'm not sitting on my rear all day that I'll be able to lose those 3 lbs and more fairly quickly...at least I hope so!
102.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 41.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
