just a gentle reminder buat kita yang terlalu fokus sama angka di timbangan. lemak sekitar 2,5kg dibanding otot dg jumlah yg sama. angka di timbangan bukan satu2nya faktor bentuk dan kebugaran tubuh. jd gausah pusing dg angka di timbangan. ngaca aja. hehe
