I'm still running and it's doing wonders. I think that running was the missing link. For years I have struggled to get back to some sort of shape (other than a circle), and running seems to be it. I still think that I probably won't get back down to 125 lbs, however, I am very proud of where I'm at now and my steady progress toward being fit.
