I am just so grateful I didn't gain this week! I have not really followed WW at all.....didn't track much, and completely gave in several times on eating things I shouldn't, especially at my husband's grandmother's over the weekend.
But it is a new week, and I am off to a good start so far. I just need to stay motivated. Part of me doesn't want to do this anymore. I am almost back to prepregnancy weight, and my husband still finds me attractive, so why bother? I am perfectly healthy in every other way: my cholesterol is great, my blood pressure is fantastic, etc. But I have to remember that I am doing this for my kids more than anything else. They need a mommy who is healthy and is here for the long haul.
I'll be alright. I just need to get into gear and do this!
