Didn't make it to my weigh in yesterday, so will have to go today. With gas prices the way they are, even though my meeting place is only about 4 miles away, it's nowhere near anything else I did yesterday, so just didn't want to make the trip. Will definitely get it done tonight.
Working from home today, so planning to go through pictures and see what I can come up with to add to the pictures that everyone posted last week from high school. I found one of my senior pics last night, and I am pretty sure I know where Bully's is.... Then I just have to figure out my scanner so I can post them! We'll see how that goes :)
Not a horrible day yesterday, but not awesome, either. Splurged a little more than usual on breakfast with like 7 or 8 points (usually try to stick with 4 to 5), then had a couple of slices of Papa Murphy's delite pizza with about everything on it (which I haven't figured out the points value of), and my yummy chicken and garlic rice with salad and peas for dinner. Hubby has had a major sweet tooth lately, so he has been buying candy for himself, but I am pretty proud of myself for not falling into the trap-- he even called me last night and asked if I wanted anything and I told him NO!!! An amazing feat for someone who could live off the stuff if possible :).
Haven't heard anything yet about if my daughter got a call back or not from her audition yesterday-- I hope she does. If nothing else, it would be great for her self esteem, although she's not really lacking in that area.
Gotta get my son busy on getting ready for school, then attack the work! See you all later!
UPDATE: Nikki (daughter) just called to say she starts her job at the motorcycle shop tomorrow!! She's very excited, and Daddy will be, too, cuz I believe she gets a discount! Still waiting to hear from the movie people...

Oh fun.... so nice of you to offer to post my pic, too!! =D :P Not! lol Man, I have NO idea where my pics could be from then... you know the little wallets that we all passed out... hmmm.. must be packed away in a "save" box somewhere... ugh! I do have my yearbooks somewhere, though. :) Good job on avoiding his sinful OFFERINGS! lol Man, nothing worse than the hubby offers... mine likes to give me glasses of wine, whether I ask for one or not. He's getting much better, and asking now, which I can easily say no to most nights. Gas is just hidious, isn't it! Sposed to be to $5/gal by the end of summer and I heard $7 for next year??? DAng! We'll be much thinner and fit as we'll be footin' everywhere and buying more shoes from all the walking! Keep on resisting them candy bars!! Keep me posted bout Nikki! lylas xoxo

I wish I could keep my points to 4 or 5 for breakfast. I always seem to get mine into the 9 point range each morning…which is going to be difficult once I fall to 22 points a day (still a ways off…but I can dream can't I?! Hahaha) post the photos! Evelyn and I did….sooo can't wait to see yours! =) Gas prices are ridiculous…and…according to all my international friends, Quote "You have it easy over there, that price is nothing, you should see our prices"…I suppose I should be grateful that its only $3.99/gallon. BUT…I just have such a hard time paying $50 or $60 to fill up my little Subaru! I can't imagine if I had an SUV or a truck! Some of the departments at my office have done something cool at least, the managers are letting their workers work from home twice a week to help offset the prices. I have my review tomorrow….maybe I'll ask my boss too! Hahah

As for the gas situation, yes, you are lucky you have a Subaru-- I drive a mini van which is now costing $75-80 to fill, and my hubby drives a Dodge Ram!!!! What the heck was he thinking buying that only a few months ago??? And he's trying to sell a Suburban-- YEAH, RIGHT!!

It's amazing how everyone is starting to talk about how they are changing their daily routines in some way because of the gas prices. Who knew it would come to this? And you folks in the U.S. have it cheaper than us here in Canada. Just today our gas was the equivalent of $4.96 a gallon (we use litres) and it was up around $5.34 a gallon just last week. Good news about your daughter's job (and hubby's discount!). Keep us posted about the audition :)
