Slept well. My sleep was not disrupted by my new pill regime, which was great! I do need to allow for 7 hours of sleep to ensure my body has what it needs to work and exercise each day. I weighed 164.4 this morning. <1.6 lbs :) I took my AM pill and 1 gold and 1 green Tone pill. At lunch I took my daily complete pack with 1 gold and 1 green tone pill. I did 15 minutes of Leslie Samsones 4 Fast Miles and 7 of the starter workout exercises on the Total Gym. WHEW! I am tired! I finshed the evening by taking my PM pill, 1 gold and green Tone pills at 6 pm. Then I ate dinner at 6:30 pm.
