i had 0 motavation to do strength training today. only did 20 mins but i hoped on the elliptical and went bananas for 17n mins. My goal was to at least burn off an additional 500 a day on top of what my body naturally burns. most days i go way over that and today i managed to do that so im happy. i felt like i ate a lot today but i didnt at all i would have bet i ate my whole rdi and then some but im still real below. Im gonna have to go cram some food in. maybe some protien powder in milk
