Really bad weekend didn't help with my birthday which included donuts and two cakes! But I think I'm back on track and just need to be more aware of what I eat. I ate a stuffed sopapilla on Sunday but there wasn't any listing to it so I just went with a chimichanga to be safe, rather be higher than lower. Good walk last night, hope the rain stays away or comes and goes so I can go for another one tonight. Need to get a scale and am going to try the sketchers or reebok toning shoes.
