Today is weigh in day. Don't think I'll have phenomenal numbers like the last couple of weeks, just hoping to be at least where I was last week. I have not been tracking my eating well at all-- but am going to start again today! Hoping that yesterday was the end to my emotional issues that I've been going through for the last two or three weeks, so I can focus on taking care of myself again.
My daughter's audition is today at noon! She will be here in about 45 minutes, then we have to print out a head shot of her to take with us and head into Portland for it. I still don't know too much about it, but will let you all know what comes of it!
My 15 year old was singing "Only 2 1/2 more weeks of school" when I took her there this morning... ughhh.. I hate summer! My kids are not into sports or any other kind of structured activities, so summers tend to be hubby and I working like crazy and the kids calling all day asking if they can do this, or that, or the other thing... I'll be surprised if I make it through the next 8 years until they all have turned 18!! LOL!! They are actually really good kids, nothing seriously to complain about.... yet!

Anxious to hear how it goes today with your daughter. Keeping my fingers crossed that this isn't a scam! Good luck with your weigh in. You have been steadily loosing and your weight history is impressive! Not too mention you've lost almost 37 pounds! Wooo hooo!

Here's hoping all goes well with the audition! I hear ya about the summers but I have the joy of being at home and having to play taxi driver. Only 16 months until she's 18, but then you forgot... they go to college and university! So the fun's not over that soon :) Hope that didn't ruin your day ;)

UPDATE: Daughters audition went well. She was the first one there, so hers was the first impression. She read with the actual director (his name is Phoenix Vaughn) who said that she did a really good job- he didn't have any suggestions of things she should change. He said he loved her personality. Now she just has to wait and see if she gets a call back to go back down on Thursday. OH YEAH-- she also has a second interview at the motorcycle shop tomorrow. She's very excited! Now my 15 year old is just trying to find someplace she can work-- it's hard to find places to hire before 16....

Nice on both things! sounds like it was a great experience overall...for the both of you! =) I worked in a private nursing home when I was 14 (in the kitchen), if you have a facility in your town, check with them, maybe she could get a job with them =)
