Hi there, well done on losing 6lbs! I totally understand what you mean about staying on track, once I have anything to eat non-SBD it seems to set me off for a few days but you can't avoid life so its just a matter of trying to get back on the wagon as soon as possible.... i've only recently joined this site but have found it to be a great motivator and if you look at other peoples profiles it can act as your inspiration good luck for the coming week :) x
