2 lb loss im happy! Thought i might not lose this week cos I've had good losses for past 2 weeks but have been physically very active this week. Two big training walks and a small one, not to mention lugging furniture around the village hall on Sat am then of course lots of dancing Sat pm(and early hours of Sun am - once i start its hard to stop!). The fundraiser night went really well in the end. We could have done with a few more people but those who were there spent lots of money and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. The total has not been finalised yet but we think its around £500 pounds, so we are pretty happy with that.
Over the next couple of weeks leading up to the MOONWALK we only have to do little walks of 5 miles or so and im already worried that this drop in exercise will cause my lose to stop. I will definitely need to watch the little extra's i've been having.
