Today was the first real day on meal plan 4, Wow that is a lot of food to eat. It is 7:00 at night and I still have 2 starches to get in.
Last night I did 15mn on the treadmill, and tonight did a walking DVD for 1 mile. I feel better already being back on LWL, just need to take time each night to plan for the next day, or I just blow the day if I dont plan ahead.
118.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 50.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.0 kg a Week

It's 9:30 for me and I just finished my very last bite of food. Try having 7 starches a day. LOL. Even when love carbs like me, it's a whole lot. Your and my weight journey looks like we have almost the same goal weight....so lets do this together. I know we can!!!

I like to pack my foods in serving sizes, such as wash and store grapes in snack bags. It helps with the planning knowing that most of the weighing/measuring is done. Good luck.
