It's been a while, but now that my family vacation is over, things have settled down and its time to get back on track. I have put about 5 pounds back on from when I last weighed in, and I am giving myself til the end of the week to get it off, or I will record it. I have to be honest with myself and it starts there. I know I need to do this, and know that I can but it is difficult. Hope everyone is doing well.
