It was a 3 day weekend, and another set of going away parties. The Dream party in Mikawa, the JD pajama party from 5pm - 1pm Sun-Mon, and then a day of movies and Indian food today. I went embarrassingly over my calorie limit each of the three days.

But - it was super fun, and I could have done much much worse. I DID turn down a lot of the amazing party food being passed around, and even today at the Indian restaurant...while I didn't turn down the naan, I enjoyed the hell out of it! I've not eaten there for 6 months or so, so while it is not exactly good for my RDI, palak paneer is not terribly bad for me, nutrition wise and I savored every bite.

SO, I have only 2 more weeks of going away parties for all these amazing people I love...a trip stateside...then I can get back into the routine. And this week, I will tighten my calories and double my exercise efforts.

I'm wincing to see my RDI this weekend, but I don't feel like quitting or giving up on this project in the least. Which means somewhere, progress is still being made...even though I am on a 3 week plateau and fell off the wagon this weekend.

Back on board, from right now. =)
