Did well yesterday but wouldnt you know, I sat here and ate 2 donuts and 3 donut holes for breakfast. It sure settled my sweet craving though.
81.8 kg Lost so far: 13.4 kg.    Still to go: 13.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 1.9 kg a Week
