Kentang dipotong2 tp jangan sampe putus (punyaku putus wkkkk) trus bumbui sm lada garam. Dada ayam dibumbui lada garam, garlic powder sm saos tiram, dipanggang sampe setengah matang. Trus ayamnya si slice lumayan tipis dan diselipkan di sela2 kentang. Bumbui lagi dengan lada garam, garlic powder dan saus tiram dan panggang kembali sampai kentang empuk
