So I am seriously logging my progress again starting today!

My goal is to loose a minimum of 2 lbs per week for the next 6 weeks to my vacation.
88.5 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
