Really starting to feel comfortable and confident with what is going into my body. really need to start a workout plan to go along with it. I think I am afraid of messing up. I am so anxious for the first three months to be behind me because I think in my mind I won't feel so bad about myself if i can loose some of the weight quickly. I know that I cannot do this on my own but through God all things are possible and I want to make my body into the temple of the Holy Spirit.
