I'm finally feeling better! I went for a jog this morning, and was able to go for about a half hour before I had to stop. I had a nutri-grain bar for my pre-run fuel, and had a bowl of fiber one for my post run breakfast. I've been trying to get back into my eating a few small meals a day habit, and I think it's going well. We went to starbucks after field service today (which reminds me, I need to count two hours of slow walking!), and I had a LF macchiato with SF syrup. Very good! and I had a Turkey bacon w/egg beaters sandwich on a whole wheat english muffin. That satisfied me for a little while, but I did have a couple of small slices of watermelon before dinner. My mom made Chicken Tamales from scratch, so I had one of those, with a glass of lemonade. I think I'm done eating for the day, and I'm so glad I'm finally feeling better!
