Wow i just did a great workout. Elliptical for 51 mins started at level 5 for 10 mins then 6 for 10 mins and then i did level 7 for 30mins!!! 953 cals!!! My personal best :-D Time 51 mins Cals 953 Carbs 166.8 Distance 2179 (it doesnt say what it is though. Maybe yards?) Thanks LostKittenRae for the motivation to push through

That's so awesome! Great job!! That's a weird distance readout & it tell you how many carbs you burn?? I'm confused on that, lol. But that's really cool & sounds like a nice intense workout = )
