So I've gained weight this week because I'm veering off the Metabolic Renewal WOE.
Have been reading about the 1:1:1 WOE, and experimenting with it. It postulates that if I add carbs back in to my moderate carb/fat/protein ratio that my body will be balanced and I will lose more weight naturally. Hmmmmm. Put a little bread and cheese back in my diet,and my body said, "uh-oh, I can't process this, so I'm going to turn it to fat for later."
Guess I'll try this experiment on a longer basis after I finish 12 weeks on MR next week. Then I won't be mixing my diets and eating more than I need. Good idea!
