I think I’m figuring keto out. Had some trickiness in there for a bit trying to figure out balancing water and electrolytes, so experienced some keto flu. If you are doing keto and have flu symptoms just keep trying to adjust until you find the balance! I’ve been feeling great for a week now. Been listening to my body about how much to eat and am naturally coming in under the average amount of calories from calculating a roughy BMR for my age/height/weight. At first I tried to limit my calories but I didn’t feel great doing that. Now, I’m only eating a tad more per day on average and feel great. Listening to my body has paid off! What I love about keto is that I’m not hungry for hrs and when I eat I can’t overindulge if I tried. It’s too much, I have to stop eating when I feel full (so unlike me in the past). Keto makes IF easy! It’s sooooo lovely.
