Looks good. I do prefer potatoes, but unfortunately, can have neither. I am cozying up to cauliflower " rice". I hate fake, and just say cauliflower. Like there is no such thing as turkey bacon! 

Do you have problems with blood sugar? I have, I'm no supposed to eat so much rice but I love it 

And I beg to differ Turkey bacon is an awesome substitute for the real thing but you are right about how do ya make it from Tom Turkey LOL? Low heat with black pepper in butter till slightly crispy Yummy 😋
