Ok took a look at your diet calendar and you are not eating enough that will slow your metabolism down and cause you to go into starvation mode. check your rdi in here and that is what you are supposed to eat if you're just laying in bed all day to maintain your current weight. I weigh 273.5 lbs and mine is 2100 calories I usually consume between 1900-2300. I stalled at 297 lbs by not eating enough it totally sucked! The other thing I see is that you're drinking that Hawaiian punch at all your meals and sometimes artificial sweetner can cause you to stall.

Myree67 has a point. If you just diet by cutting calories too low, your body will work to conserve calories by lowering your metabolism. Which will stall or reverse weight loss. I can't stick to a diet unless I'm seeing results. So for me, what works is to lower the calories to 1200 - 1800 average instead of the 2,900 recommended, and then I walk, do a stairmaster, or treadmill a few times a week. Anything to keep my metabolism up. I hate to feel hungry, so while I eat a lot of Protein, I also try to eat filling low-glycemic carbs like Spinach, Romaine, Spring Mix, Broccoli, Peppers, Kashi Go-Lean cereal, and Oat Bran (with wheat germ & flax seed added). This adds very few calories, keeps me full all day, and keeps my energy level up.
