Saturday morning spin class. Done check! I love getting up on Saturday morning for a walk/jog to the gym for spin and then cooldown walk home. It's far enough to the gym that I can check my 5k distance times. Sunny, mild and nice weather in So Cal today. Feeling great!! Going to walk to the library before heading back home.
