My current go to breakfast. Spinach scamble with bacon. Bulletproof coffee on the side.

Everything is 600 kcal. Without the Bulletproof coffee it's 250 kcal. The Bulletproof coffee really bumps up the kcals.

Yip, 350kcal. I add 20g of Coconut Oil and 20g butter, then blend. Standard recipe for Bulletproof Coffee.

I did a bit of Banting... And this Bulletproof Coffee really does help with loads of energy and tastes great
