Everything is 600 kcal. Without the Bulletproof coffee it's 250 kcal. The Bulletproof coffee really bumps up the kcals.

Yip, 350kcal. I add 20g of Coconut Oil and 20g butter, then blend. Standard recipe for Bulletproof Coffee.
