Didn't weigh this morning because I was running late for work. Ate well yesterday and did a 40 minute Turbo Sculpt workout DVD. A little sore in my shoulders today, but not too bad.
New favorite "dessert" frozen blueberries with some fat free cool whip and some coconut on top, yum!
I leave tomorrow to go visit Greg, I'm so excited, but have a lot to do before then.
