OTD's Journal, 14 Jul 10

Had another great morning of exercise with 55 minutes on the elliptical and I also cranked out 3 sets of 20 push-ups and 80 situps for a total of 60 and 240.

That makes 2 days in a row of morning exercising which sure makes for a great day, imo. I've packed a good lunch with snacks which should carry me thru the day at work. Looking forward to my weigh-in on Friday morning. I've got just over 2 weeks to get as close to 205 as possible before our Family Beach Vacation starts.
