Acid reflux is subsiding a little more. Still painful to swallow - each bit of food feels like I'm trying to swallow a golfball. I hope this gets better soon, I'm not getting the nutrition I need and am really hungry. Then again, I zoomed right to my target weight, but the weight chart almost looks scary - too big of drop too fast. Maybe I should just go into maintain mode at this time.
