Yoga: 20 min
Les Mills Pump: 25 min

Feeling better today and not so down. I want to weigh myself but I am not going to.
Going to try and hold out till Feb if I can. I know it is not going to show me what I want so there is no point in it. I will just get upset again.
Did my workouts this morning and I am going to stay home today. Cleaning to do I guess.
