Body fat is still at 27.6 and I have been overindulging on carbs. I worked out a little too much this past weekend because I was sore until yesterday. Going to the gym tonight though. Note to self...do not do a 5k before and after a spin class and then try an 8k distance the next morning. I need to make time to log again too starting today. Work has been very hectic.
