I find that when I eat carbs in my breakfast, even if just bran flakes, I am hungry sooner in the day than with a keto breakfast. Interesting.
74.3 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
