Well, I've followed my diet pretty well, so I'm honestly surprised to see NO weight loss this past week.........am going to up water intake and exercise, and see if this helps!!
102.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 34.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
